We at Feltpro are confident if you love the old Lenci felt dolls you will love this doll kit.  A lot of research and development went into the creation of this fine doll kit.  The face is hand pressed and full of detail.  The body parts are all on a color-coded, iron-on interfacing pattern which you iron directly to the 100% wool felt panel.  You then cut, sew, stuff, and insert jointing components in each part.  The user-friendly detailed instruction booklet walks you through step-by-step until you have finished your doll. 

Put your sewing skills together with imagination and have fun creating your own beautiful felt doll(s).  You get to add all of the finishing touches giving them their own unique look and individual personalities.   We recommend that you use acrylic paint for the facial features.  You can buy acrylic paint at your local Wal-Mart, Hobby Lobby, or local craft store.  Please note:  due to the fact that there are so many different preferences in one's style, the kit does not include hair, clothing & accessories. 

This high quality kit contains the finest materials available -- 100% wool felt caucasion skin tone, color coded pattern on  iron-on interfacing, 3 dimensional molded felt face (unpainted) & nape, high density plastic discs and brass cotterpins for joint components, 100% natural cotton stuffing, thread, and user-friendly detailed instruction booklet.   The finished size of the doll is right at 14" tall.  The head, shoulders, and hips all have movable joints.  You will be able to pose your doll in a standing or sitting position.  You can pose one arm up and one down.  You can pose your doll to look like it is standing straight or walking.  Lots of variations to play with!

Great news!  Replacement parts are available for purchase if you accidentally ruin any part of the doll kit as you are making it.  For example, if you mess up on painting the face, don't worry -- no problem, you can order a replacement face.  All you have to do is email us and we'll work it all out.

These doll kits are individually produced by hand and require quite a bit of time to ensure that they are to our highest quality standard.  Therefore, depending on our production schedule at the time your order is placed, it may take up to 7 days to produce and mail your doll kit(s).
